It is my privilege to highly recommend Karen Goodell as your Real Estate Broker. Karen is professional, intelligent, and more than able in her profession. As an Executor of a large Estate, Karen came highly recommended in selling our Chautauqua vacation home. The recommendation as "the only Broker you should consider" became true from our first meeting in the dining room of our vacation home until the day when she informed our team that our home had been sold.

Karen brought with her a vision on how best to sell our lake front property which included minor renovations and staging the rooms. All of which Karen not only directed but she rolled up her sleeves and pitched in as well.

Lastly, Karen is a good and kind person who became part of our team. There was not a moment though out the whole course of time that I was at all ever concerned, and at the end of the day she did very well for the Estate in achieving its goals. The lake front property that we were selling had some challenges. It required a vision on how best to sell the property, but it also required a well-established Broker who had the right contacts and connections with buyers who could afford a higher-end property.
