No only is she SUPER knowledgeable about the area in which our house is located, but she had a top-notch contact for everything we needed from cleaning, inspections, painting, contractors, you name it. Throughout the process, we probably asked several hundred questions and she thought of things we didn’t and answered those questions as well. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and is still helping us with things even after we have closed. She will be the person we recommend all our friends to and if we ever buy or sell in NY again, she will be our agent. I can’t say enough good things about Karen. I am a first-time real estate buyer since we built our home 50 years ago.
